Ordering puzzles through Hometown Puzzles is fast and easy. Our puzzle offerings are organized by category, by manufacturer and by number of pieces. As you browse our puzzles, you can click on the item to add it to your shopping cart. When you've made your selections, click "checkout" and the instructions will guide you through the shipping, billing and payment parts of the form. Place your order with Hometown Puzzles and sit back and wait for your shipment to arrive.

Hometown Puzzles accepts major credit cards or Pay Pal for payment through our secure online ordering system. We also accept checks and money orders via mail or credit card orders by phone.

Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.00. Orders of less than $99.00 have a standard shipping charge of only $7.95. Hometown Puzzles ships orders via UPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in unopened, unused condition (including unbroken shrink-wrap, if applicable). If your item was damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately after delivery.
When returning an item, we ask that you pack the item securely, enclose a note with your name and order number, and ship it back to Hometown Puzzles. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit you the costs of return shipping.
